What is PopFoam? PopFoam is a crossed linked injection molded foam providing a closed cell, self skinning custom molded product. PopFoam offers a unique solution, we like to call it “soft toughness”. |

Typical compounds of PopFoam are EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) compounded with microcellular agents for cross linking. Other popular compounds are blends of EVA and Engage (Polyolefin); however compounds are available in a variety of grades, EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate), TPO’s (Polyolefin), TPR’s (Thermoplastic Rubber), TPU’s (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) blends to offer key performance enhancers to your products. PopFoam will improve durability, tear strength, tensile strength, flexibility, color availability, chemical resistance, cold weather resistance, sound protection and abrasion resistance while offering the cushioning comforts and the complement of design ascetics to your products. |

| PopFoam can be custom compounded based upon your application and your products environment, however we do have many engineering compounds available as follows: General Purpose Foam, Ultra Soft Foam, Medical Foam, Shock Absorbing Foam, High Resilience Foam, Flame Retardant Foams, Fragrance Foams and UV Foam. PopFoam serves a variety of markets to include, however not limited to: automotive, consumer products, medical, recreational goods, aerospace and electronics. |
