No matter your design, Popfoam’s materials can be customized to meet your needs. From colors and compounds to textures, if you can dream it, we can create it.
Consistent Colors
Your product’s color choice is important and we will provide consistent color for your EVA foam material project. We guarantee true, unvarying color throughout production.
Though PopFoam typically works from the standard Pantone matching system, we can also match colors from paper, paint chips, fabric, or even a sample part.

Compounds
Whether your product needs to perform in the extreme cold, in demanding environments, or handle chemicals, we have the EVA foam materials and compounds to suit your needs.
We draw on a variety of grades and blends to create the right compound for your product’s unique needs. We’ve been in the business for a long time and specialize in producing both firm and flexible foam products. We know what works and we apply that expertise and experience to your project.
PopFoam offers the perfect blend of softness and durability. Our EVA foam material is perfect for cushioning, lightweight and contoured products, while remaining waterproof, chemical resistant and highly durable.
Non-Toxic EVA Foam
PopFoam develops and processes our compound using certified non-toxic foam that meets the most stringent children’s, US and European regulations for EVA foam uses.
We call the process PopFoam nt. The resulting product is in compliance with CPSIA (consumer product safety standard improvement act) that certifies it does not contain Phthalates or lead in children’s toys and products.
With many products currently made by PopFoam that are for children, pets and sports equipment with constant body contact, PopFoam nt addresses EVA foam safety and is the perfect manufacturing process to make compounds for these products.

Textures
Once your mold is completed, the next step in the EVA injection molding process is adding texture. We can add any kind of your choosing from our texture plaque library that follows. Texturing, sometimes referred to as graining or engraving, is the process of adding a pattern to the molding surface of a mold. This allows the mold surface to impress that pattern on each molded part. For injection molded products, this is a process that allows you to create embossed areas or add custom text and logos.
Textured foam can deliver looks of a natural or organic finish. They can also offer a range from a light matte finish to a deep leather or wood grain pattern. We can match most textures and patterns including those from Mold-Tech.
Benefits of Texturing Injection Molded Products:
- Texture can reduce the glossy appearance on the surface of the part.
- Textures will change the look and feel of your finished Popfoam product making parts look super tough or light and elegant.
- Texture can help hide some surface blemishes that naturally occur in the foam molding process.
- Injection mold texture can add better grip or traction to the finished part increasing touch and feel.
- Texturing will always add value and enhance your part’s design.
